About the Role

As Editorial Coordinator, you will support the editor-in-chief of House & Garden, Belle and Country Style magazines. Key responsibilities include:

  • Administering social media posts, responding to correspondence on project submissions, reader inquiries, and requests from advertising clients, PR and digital agencies, architects, and interior designers
  • Liaising with the sales team on deliverables, downloading imagery, assisting with flagship events like the Belle Interior Design Awards and the House & Garden Top 50 Room Awards
  • Collaborating with the editor-in-chief on commissions and managing digital and hard copy files
  • Organizing regular production meetings and follow-up action points
  • Coordinating photo shoots and deliveries

Requirements:

  • Proactive, focused individual with a positive attitude
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Content or social media coordination skills
  • Highly organized with excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Able to build effective internal and external relationships
