Health and Physical Education Teacher Position

About the Job

Girton Grammar School is seeking an enthusiastic Health and Physical Education teacher to construct and teach curriculum where every student is inspired and challenged to improve their skills and understanding of Physical Education.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, designing, developing and delivering engaging curriculum that encourages optimal outcomes.

  • Demonstrated effective delivery of teaching and learning programs.

  • Excellent personal communication, administrative and organisational skills.
  • Commitment to student wellbeing and child safety, demonstrating an understanding of appropriate behaviours when engaging with children, including children with diverse needs and backgrounds.
  • Strong skills in the use of information and communication technologies (ICT), especially as they relate to teaching and learning.
  • Commitment to co-curricular activities.
