Job Summary:

As a seasoned Cyber Security professional, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening our organization's information security posture. This key position involves implementing and maintaining an Information Security Governance Framework (ISGF) and identifying areas for improvement in conjunction with the ICT team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive ISGF policies to ensure alignment with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with the ICT team to conduct regular security audits and address technical recommendations.
  • Monitor internal networks and cloud systems to detect potential security breaches or violations.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments for new software/systems to guarantee data protection.
  • Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of cyber security measures.
  • Support the development of IT security risk assessments and management strategies.
  • Design and deliver engaging Security Awareness training programs for existing and onboarding staff.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess qualifications in Information Technology/CompTIA Security+ and/or 3-5 years of experience in an IT Governance and/or Technical Cyber Security/Infrastructure role.

Desirable skills include proficiency in Microsoft and Azure environments, as well as general IT infrastructure knowledge. The ability to communicate effectively with vendors, boards, and other leaders is essential.
