We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Support professional to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

This exciting role involves providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store operations and achieving sales targets. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and create an unforgettable shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive attitude at all times.
  • Maintain store operations including processing stock, picking and packing orders and performing housekeeping duties.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • A commitment to creating an unforgettable shopping experience.
  • The ability to work well within a fast-paced team environment.
  • Self-motivation and a willingness to meet/exceed sales targets and KPIs.
