About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team in Melbourne, Australia.

Main Role Responsibilities
  • Prepare equipment, station & stock for service
  • Prepare cocktails and other beverages to a high standard
  • Provide an exceptional level of service for guests
  • Complete closing duties as assigned
The Ideal Candidate Must Have
  • Experience as a Bartender in a premium venue
  • Knowledge in cocktails and beverage production
  • Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
  • Adaptable and able to multi-task
  • Time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic and a \'can do\' attitude
  • Professional presentation and strong communication
  • Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shifts
  • Must obtain valid RSA Certificate

To succeed in this role you will need:

  1. a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  2. the ability to multitask and manage your time effectively
  3. excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. knowledge of cocktails and beverage production

Bonus points if you have:

  • previous experience in a similar role
  • certification in RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
