**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and charismatic Bartender and Model to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.

About the Role:

  • Greets guests in a timely and friendly manner, requests primary beverage order, and initiates conversation to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Anticipates guest needs, provides extra items, drinks, and condiments, and expedites drink orders quickly and accurately.
  • Serves refills upon request, follows up on additional beverage requirements, and adheres to responsible alcohol serving practices.
  • Transports dishes to the kitchen for washing and disposes of trash in designated receptacles.
  • Communicates with servers and managers regarding guest requests and maintains quality service standards by creating a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.
  • Maintains a constant awareness of safety and accident prevention and notifies supervisors if an accident occurs.
  • Informs supervisors of any irregularities, guest complaints, or disputes that cannot be resolved.
  • Assists the department head with training and mentoring new team members as requested.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one year experience as a bar apprentice and/or bartender preferred.
  • Knowledge of all beverage functions, including mixing drinks, operating bar equipment, and working knowledge of restaurant functions.
  • Previous experience in a nightclub and/or entertainment venue preferred; current or previous modeling and/or promotions experience within the last five years required.

Work Environment:

The Casino environment is fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. You must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English while maintaining dialogue with all cultures and ethnicities. A warm, positive, and friendly persona is essential at all times.
