Job Title: Product Technology LeadOverview of the Role

The Product Technology Lead is responsible for driving Unloan's digital acquisition tech strategy and execution using modern web technologies and robust engineering practices led by AI.

This is an opportunity to build a high-performing product engineering team from the ground up, with a focus on creating a world-class digital-first acquisition platform that drives business growth through innovative customer experiences.

About the Job

You will operate as a key leader to shape and champion Unloan's digital acquisition tech stack and team culture, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and creativity.

Key responsibilities include leading technologists in our Unloan Acquisition Crew, building great customer experiences using the latest tech, and driving important decisions through data-driven experimentation and analysis.

Requirements
  • Expertise in NextJS, TypeScript, GraphQL, and CloudFlare.
  • Experience working on or delivering a GenAI chat experience, with a strong understanding of AI-powered technology.
  • Strong engineering foundations in testing, security, architecture, and robust design, with a focus on scalability and maintainability.
  • Product-minded technology leaders who can balance stakeholder interests, strategic value, and customer outcomes.
  • Strong team leadership and mentoring skills, with a track record of building collaborative, high-performing engineering teams.
