Assistant Store Manager - A Leadership Role

The Assistant Store Manager plays a vital role in leading the team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. As a leader, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and drive business growth.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Leading the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Motivating and coaching team members to meet performance expectations and promote Sephora's values
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales data to inform business decisions and optimize store performance


To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for retail and leadership, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You should also be able to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
