The role of Demand Planning Analyst involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop strategies for change.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating RFQs with senior stakeholders and identifying business and IT needs through interviews and collaboration
- Defining in-scope services and conducting baseline assessments to identify performance benchmarks and improvement opportunities
- Developing business cases and creating transition plans to support decision-making and smooth implementation
- Maintaining and analyzing technical data, assessing technical debt, and evaluating end-of-life systems for strategic planning
- Tracking portfolio performance, collaborating on risk mitigation strategies, and supporting governance through reporting tools
- Forecasting and allocating delivery capacity, supporting demand planning, and facilitating lessons learned sessions
This role requires strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, as well as experience in IT pre-sales planning and documentation, data analysis (Excel, PowerBI), presentation (PowerPoint), and commercial acumen.
