Clinical Lead Nurse

As a registered nurse in our aged care team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional clinical services to our residents.
This is an opportunity for a skilled and compassionate individual to develop, deliver, and evaluate resident care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Lead the delivery of high-quality patient care through strong clinical assessment skills and effective communication with multidisciplinary teams.
- Develop meaningful relationships with residents and their families, fostering trust and respect throughout the care journey.
- Liaise with medical professionals, allied health experts, and residents' family members to ensure comprehensive care planning and advocacy.
- Supervise and support Personal Care Workers to promote a culture of teamwork and excellence.
- Promote holistic care practices by utilizing critical decision-making skills and leading the team to achieve exceptional outcomes.
- Previous experience as a registered nurse in aged or community care, or a passion for transitioning into this field with a nursing background.
- Adaptability, empathy, resourcefulness, excellent time management, and commitment to Uniting's values of compassion, respect, imagination, and boldness.
- Commitment to contemporary aged care nursing practice and a current nursing degree with AHPRA registration.
