The Gymnastics Coach Role

As a Gymnastics Coach with Belgravia Leisure, you will be responsible for developing and delivering gymnastics programs for participants of various levels. Your primary focus will be on creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment that encourages inclusion and fosters a love for gymnastics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement gymnastics programs that cater to different age groups and skill levels
  • Lead gymnastics classes, providing guidance and feedback to participants
  • Develop and maintain relationships with participants, parents, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the development of gymnastics policies and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance coaching skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Intermediate or Advanced Gymnastics Accreditation (or willingness to obtain)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with children and adults in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Current First Aid and CPR certifications (desirable)
  • Working with Children Check and Police Check clearance
