Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to fill the role of Customer Service Engineer.

About the Position:
  • This is a full-time position that requires strong customer service skills and technical knowledge of medical equipment.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting customer sites across NSW, performing preventative maintenance, updates, upgrades, corrective service, and installations.
  • They will also work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • The successful candidate will hold a trade qualification or university training in electrical, mechanical, electronics, avionics, biomedical or similar fields.
  • They must have a minimum restricted electrical license or be able to obtain one.
  • A happy and enthusiastic attitude towards customer satisfaction and outcomes is essential.
  • The ideal candidate will also have an unrestricted driver's license, be available to work overtime, shiftwork, and weekends as required, and willing to travel across state, interstate, and overseas.
