We are seeking outstanding individuals to join our team as seasonal clerks. This exciting opportunity will give you the chance to work alongside experienced lawyers, learn from the best and gain invaluable skills and knowledge.

As a clerk, you will be exposed to a broad range of interesting matters and have the opportunity to complete tasks such as conducting research, reviewing and presenting documents, attending court hearings, mediations and settlements, as well as shadowing partners and lawyers in client meetings and business development activities.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for law students to gain practical experience and build their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will have the chance to work on high-profile matters for major clients, develop your commercial acumen and legal expertise, and make a positive contribution to the firm's success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct research and analysis on various legal matters
  2. Review and present documents to clients and stakeholders
  3. Attend court hearings, mediations and settlements
  4. Shadow partners and lawyers in client meetings and business development activities
