About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategy Director to join our team at Wavemaker, a global media, content and technology agency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop transformative strategic thinking and ideas across a diverse range of high-profile clients
  • Collaborate with teams across the agency to ensure strategies are brought to life in an innovative and impactful way
  • Drive the overall quality of product across the wider agency through training and coaching

  • A positive, articulate and outstanding creative problem solver
  • The ability to tell a compelling story through data, business context and human behavior
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the patience to examine detail and create solutions
  • First-class negotiation skills and a results-driven approach
