We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Aquatic Instructor to join our team at City Venue Management. As a Swim Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to children and adults, while maintaining a safe and enjoyable learning environment.
Key Responsibilities- Teaching and Coaching: Deliver swimming lessons to individuals and groups, focusing on water safety, stroke technique, and overall swimming proficiency.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Pool Operations: Assist with pool maintenance, cleaning, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy environment for swimmers.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other instructors, lifeguards, and facility staff to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Qualifications: Current Blue Card (Working with children check), Current CPR, and Pool Lifeguard Qualification.
- Skills: Outstanding customer service skills, presentation, and attitude; high-level interpersonal skills; decision-making skills; and bubbly and outgoing nature.
- Experience: Previous experience in teaching swimming or water safety is preferred, but not required.
