Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading front-of-house operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including supervising staff and coordinating shifts
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve any complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with training new employees and maintaining existing staff performance
  • Monitor and maintain inventory, supplies, and health and safety protocols
  • Work closely with management to meet revenue objectives and implement policies and procedures to maintain future restaurant operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or Manager
  • Diploma Certificate in Hospitality Management or above
  • Current NSW Liquor and Gaming Licence (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills; bilingual language skills (preferred)
  • A positive attitude, immaculate presentation, and attention to detail
  • Flexibility with shifts and availability on weekends
  • Love of food, dining out, and providing fantastic experiences for customers
