Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling walk-in inquiries and supporting customers at the branch for KYC and documentation upkeep.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and orientation to new clients.
  • In-house cross-selling of products within the branch environment.
  • Contacting existing customers to collect interest and keep them informed about updates, along with some behind-the-scenes work at the branch.
  • Identifying new leads, pitching services to potential clients, and managing all aspects of client relationships for existing customers.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to build rapport with customers, and possess a keen eye for detail.
