About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled DevSecOps Engineer to enhance our client's security practices and risk management strategies. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn and grow within the cybersecurity domain, with a focus on supporting architects and engineers in both design and hands-on elements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, manage, and optimize Prisma for comprehensive security management.
  • Collaborate with architects to design solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing IT systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Implement and manage mandatory security controls across diverse platforms to protect digital assets.
  • Gain exposure to and assist in vulnerability scanning activities.
  • Participate in a mix of project work and business-as-usual activities, focusing on data cleanup and risk management/mitigation.

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of overall experience
  • Proficiency in Prisma or similar tools (e.g., Snowflake)
  • Familiarity with security controls such as PAM, SIEM, NSA, EDR/NDR, and vulnerability management
  • Ability to assist in designing robust cybersecurity infrastructures for both on-premises and cloud environments
  • Strong aptitude for learning quickly, with good critical reasoning and problem-solving skills
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP are desirable
