- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, financial planning software, Google Suite, and other tools is essential.
- A baseline knowledge of financial industry concepts, products, and the role of a financial advisor is desirable.
- A Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or an alternate related analytical field is required.
- Excellent communication and math skills, complemented by a proven track record of building strong client relationships.
