Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Professional to join our team at CBRE. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing soft and hard FM services, ensuring the provision of healthy and safe working conditions, and developing strategic plans to deliver increased turnover and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the day-to-day running of hard and soft services, including organizing site teams and supply chains.
  • Oversee the preparation of standard operating procedures, emergency, and contingency plans.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement yearly service plans, KPIs, targets, and financial plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to deliver exceptional service and support.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a property-based facilities management role.
  • Good understanding of financial management, including budgeting and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex documents and interpret data.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and work order management systems.
