Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales and Service Professional to join our Trade Counter team in North Rocks. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to plumbers and other tradespeople, ensuring they have access to the products they need for their building and renovation projects.

Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service and information about products to ensure customers have a positive experience.
  • Provide quotes both in person and over the phone to support customers with their purchasing decisions.
  • Undertake pick packing and stock control activities to maintain a tidy and safe branch environment.
  • Assist with making occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in retail sales or customer service with a focus on helping customers both in person and over the phone.
  • Able to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays, and ensure information provided is accurate.
  • Proficient in using a computer and willing to learn new systems.
  • Holding a clean, valid driver's licence and being open to working various shifts, including weekends.
  • Dedication to developing their career - either locally, within our network, or head office.
