Job Role:

The primary responsibility of a barista is to provide exceptional customer service, prepare and serve coffee beverages in accordance with established recipes and quality standards, and maintain a clean and sanitized environment throughout the store.

  • Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately, and provide excellent service throughout their visit.
  • Coffee Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages in accordance with our recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality with each order.
  • Store Operations: Assist in opening and closing procedures, including setting up equipment, stocking inventory, and securing the premises at the end of the day.
  • Daily Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the store, including wiping down surfaces, washing dishes, and organizing supplies, to ensure a clean and inviting environment for customers.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer service or food service roles is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service are crucial.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, is necessary.
