">Key Responsibilities">
  • Conduct In-Depth Research

  1. Conduct in-depth research and rating of Australian and New Zealand equity strategies, including performance analysis, peer group comparisons, and interviews with key decision-makers.

  • Prepare Reports and Present Findings
">
  1. Prepare clear, concise investment due diligence reports supporting research ratings and present findings to internal committees and clients.
">
  • Collaborate with Global Teams
">
  1. Collaborate with global research teams on projects, process improvements, and producing investment analysis and white papers.

  • Represent Mercer
">
  1. Articulate Mercer's research process and investment views to clients and external stakeholders, representing Mercer within the investment management community.
">Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • Experience in Investment Industry
">
  1. Experience in the investment management industry preferred.

  • Strong Analytical Skills
">
  1. Strong analytical skills with the ability to make decisions based on qualitative and quantitative data.

  • Effective Communication
">
  1. Excellent report writing skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

As a senior research analyst, you will have the opportunity to work with our team in Sydney or Melbourne, based on your preference.
