About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Food Service Assistant to join our team at Australian Unity. As a key member of our Residential Communities team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional meal services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of meals to residents, ensuring high-quality service and attention to dietary requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Provide person-centered care to residents, responding to their needs and preferences.
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines and policies to ensure the well-being of residents and staff.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
