Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Digital Inventory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our digital commercial team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our digital audio inventory to drive revenue and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evolve our digital inventory management processes to support future growth
  • Develop a deep understanding of digital audio inventory generation and forecasting
  • Create models to maximize inventory utilization and support our All of Audio strategy
  • Manage and maintain a framework for multiple campaign types, including sponsorships and audience targeting
  • Collaborate with the centralised pricing unit and broadcast inventory teams to develop inventory packaging
  • Oversee end-of-month reporting on inventory utilisation and yield
  • Provide support to the digital commercial team on inventory availability and sales opportunities
  • Work with the data team to drive transparency around audience consumption impacts on inventory
  • Identify solutions and initiatives to maximize inventory utilization
  • Partner with internal teams to educate them on digital audio inventory
  • Implement quality control measures to minimize discrepancies in digital audio inventory
  • Work with digital and technology vendors to improve processes and automate where possible
Requirements
  • Experience in digital inventory management or a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of inventory management and data analytics tools
  • Ability to interpret data and provide recommendations
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
