Key Leadership Role: Early Childhood Education Specialist
This is a senior leadership position that plays a crucial role in delivering and continuously improving the Graduate Diploma of Early Childhood Education program at our institution. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality, compliant program delivery in line with industry standards, while fostering student success and engagement.
The Senior Lecturer will design, deliver, and maintain engaging course materials and assessments aligned with learning outcomes and academic standards. They will also provide high-quality teaching, timely feedback, and ongoing academic support to students across various delivery modes.
Additionally, the Senior Lecturer will monitor student progress, identify at-risk students, and implement appropriate support and interventions. They will ensure accurate and timely submission of results and maintain compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements.
Requirements for this role include a postgraduate qualification in Early Childhood Education, at least two (2) years of relevant industry experience, and a strong understanding of theory and practice in the relevant discipline. A willingness to undertake continued professional development annually is also essential.
