Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely project delivery, escalating any issues that may impact deadlines.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to changing priorities and scope.
  • Deliver comprehensive implementation services, including training and support.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Monitor and report project progress, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Proactively manage risks and issues, escalating to the Head of PSG as necessary.
  • Utilize industry-leading tools and processes to ensure project success.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Demonstrable experience in project management and implementation, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Attention to detail and a thorough understanding of project life cycles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Full driving license required.

Desirable Skills:

  • Understanding of ERP systems and their delivery.
  • Experience in a PM role, with a focus on standalone implementation.
  • Exposure to SQL Server databases and Crystal Reports or similar.
  • Commercial awareness and a forward-thinking approach.
