We are seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Director to lead our Maida Vale service in Perth. As the key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for building a high-performing team that embodies our Green Leaves Commitments.
About the Role- Strategic Leadership: Empower your centre to achieve operational excellence through efficient management and smooth day-to-day operations.
- Culture Builder: Foster a culture that prioritises children's and parents' needs, ensuring exceptional experiences through high-quality tours and orientations.
- Talent Development: Recruit, motivate, and inspire a team of dedicated educators to deliver best-practice pedagogy.
- Curriculum Expertise: Oversee and guide the development of engaging classroom curricula and documentation.
- Centre Presentation: Maintain immaculate presentation within internal and external play spaces.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and legislation, including the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework.
- Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with local communities, creating ties and networks.
