About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Medical Receptionist to join our team at South Coast Radiology. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register patients and process relevant paperwork on arrival
  • Answer telephone calls promptly and respond to all enquiries
  • Schedule appointments using our state-of-the-art systems
  • Determine and inform patients of correct preparation requirements prior to their arrival
  • Manage and prepare appointments to maximize efficiencies for the clinic
  • Quote fees and Medicare rebates to patients
  • Process all Private, Medicare, DVA and third-party insurance claims
