We're seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Assistant at Platypus Shoes in Launceston, TAS. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing expert knowledge on our premium products.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Process and manage large volumes of stock, including picking and packing click and dispatch orders
- Assist in maintaining the in-store operations, including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning
- Maintain a positive and can-do attitude at all times to drive sales and customer satisfaction
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential
- Full availability from October 2024 to Mid-January 2025, including weekends, late nights, and public holidays
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience
- A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
- The ability to work well within a fast-paced and energetic team environment
- Self-motivation and a willingness to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
