The role involves maintaining plant, equipment, building, and services. This includes ensuring up-to-date records of chemicals in use, complying with safety and best practices, and maintaining the grounds in a neat and tidy manner. You will also identify preventative maintenance requirements, complete the works, and document schedules.

To be successful in this role, you will bring general hands-on maintenance or handyman skills, including maintenance of grounds and knowledge of gardening equipment. Experience in supervision or coordination of maintenance programs is also desirable, as is excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. A current First Aid & CPR certificate is required.
