Dispensary Technician Role

This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and working in a fast-paced dispensary environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist pharmacists with the dispensing of medicines, maintaining accurate records and inventory, and operating FRED dispense and ROWA machines.
  • Provide customers with a superior customer experience by offering personalized support and addressing their needs efficiently.
Requirements:
  • A Certificate II in Community Pharmacy or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience working in a dispensary and schedules area, with knowledge of pharmacy products and services.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
