Join Our Team as a Food and Beverage Attendant

We are seeking a charismatic Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at the Crows Nest Hotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable experience.

Your primary duties will include actively engaging with guests, sharing your passion for our products, and creating special moments that will leave a lasting impression. You will also be responsible for promoting our amazing ALH Loyalty Programs and their many benefits and product offerings.

In addition, you will contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, centered around safety and RSA compliance. If you are great with people, detail-oriented, and motivated to make magic happen for your guests and teammates, we want to hear from you

About You
  • You are a people person with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • You have flexible availability across the day, evenings, late nights, and weekends.
  • You are over 18 years old.
  • You hold a current RSA certificate.
