Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, government agencies, and internal teams to ensure efficient and compliant customs clearance operations.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of customs documentation to ensure accurate classification and compliance with regulations.
  • Provide expert advice on customs regulations, procedures, and trade compliance to internal teams and customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in customs regulations and procedures, providing guidance to the team on implementation.

Requirements:

Secondary education or equivalent.

Experience:

  • At least three (3) years of work experience in Customs.
  • For Associate level, no prior experience is required.
  • For Lead level, at least five (5) years of work experience in Customs, of which at least two (2) years at FedEx/TNT is required.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of customs regulations, procedures, and trade compliance.
  • Proficient in customs clearance software and online customs portals.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office & PC.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven expertise in planning & organizing, with strong accuracy & attention to detail.
