Job Description

This exciting opportunity involves building retaining walls, garden edging, installing fences, brick and block structures, decks, planting, and mulching work on various residential and commercial projects. As a leader of a team of labourers and landscapers, you will be responsible for managing the team and ensuring scheduled work is on track.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Liaison: Communicate regularly with clients to ensure deadlines are met and achieve high customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the team and ensure scheduled work is on track.
  • Equipment Management: Set up, operate, and manage all relevant equipment. Oversee the packing up and cleaning processes to maintain a well-organised work environment.
  • Compliance: Strictly follow site-specific safety, environmental, and quality management protocols.
  • Quality Assurance: Follow established standards to deliver high-quality results consistently.
  • Building retaining walls, garden edging, installing fences, drainage, brick and block structures, decks, planting, and mulching work on various residential and commercial projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A minimum of 3 years experience in landscaping construction is required. You must hold a White Card and be proficient in laser layout, hand and power tools. Experience with brick and block structures is essential, as is holding a Driver's licence (minimum C Class). Excellent communication skills are also necessary.
