">If you share our passion for supporting people living with dementia, we invite you to join us on this journey. As a Scheduler at Alzheimer's WA, you will play a vital role in maintaining daily scheduling and administration of our dementia specialist respite and social support services.
">Your Key Responsibilities
">- ">
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client schedules and Support Worker rosters using Procura (CMS).">
- Provide exceptional communication and support to clients, Support Workers and office-based staff.">
- Coordinate relief cover for Support Workers when they are unavailable.">
Our Requirements

- Relevant experience in a Health or Human Services setting.">
- Experience using Procura (CMS) or similar client management system.">
- Demonstrated empathy and ability to build positive relationships.">
- High standard of computer skills, knowledge of MS Office and ability to learn new software quickly.">
- Positive work commitment, honesty and integrity.">
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and prioritise tasks.">
- Valid Working rights in Australia for at least 6 months.">
- WA 'C' class driver's licence.">
- National Police Check.">
- COVID Vaccination (three doses).">
