If you share our passion for supporting people living with dementia, we invite you to join us on this journey. As a Scheduler at Alzheimer's WA, you will play a vital role in maintaining daily scheduling and administration of our dementia specialist respite and social support services.

Your Key Responsibilities

">
  • ">
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client schedules and Support Worker rosters using Procura (CMS).">
  • Provide exceptional communication and support to clients, Support Workers and office-based staff.">
  • Coordinate relief cover for Support Workers when they are unavailable.">

Our Requirements

  • ">
  • Relevant experience in a Health or Human Services setting.">
  • Experience using Procura (CMS) or similar client management system.">
  • Demonstrated empathy and ability to build positive relationships.">
  • High standard of computer skills, knowledge of MS Office and ability to learn new software quickly.">
  • Positive work commitment, honesty and integrity.">
  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and prioritise tasks.">
  • Valid Working rights in Australia for at least 6 months.">
  • WA 'C' class driver's licence.">
  • National Police Check.">
  • COVID Vaccination (three doses).">
