We're seeking a motivated and customer-centric individual to join our Support Team as a Customer Experience Advocate.
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of supporting both new and existing Eway and Ezidebit customers, addressing inquiries, and playing a critical role in their journey with us.
You'll focus on delivering exceptional service with a strong emphasis on building customer loyalty in a small, collaborative team within an open-plan office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing incoming calls, chats, and emails from business-to-business customers promptly and effectively;
- Investigating and resolving customer inquiries with a solution-focused approach;
- Maintaining accurate client data;
- Identifying recurring issues or trends affecting customers and escalating them for timely resolutions.

Salary Range: $67,500 - $70,000 + superannuation
