The Role

As Co-Clinical Director, you will share responsibility for leading emergency medical services across two sites, delivering high-quality care while shaping workforce development, service innovation, and strategic planning.

Requirements

You must be a FACEM or FRACGP/FACRRM with >3 years post-Fellowship. You should have strong leadership and team management experience, skilled in emergency care in rural/regional environments, and committed to clinical governance, equity, innovation, and education.
