">We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Access Team as an Executive Director, Trade and Distribution, Specialty Pharmacy, and Patient Support Services. This role will be responsible for all trade and distribution, specialty pharmacy, and patient support services related to our entire product portfolio.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Develop and execute the strategy for trade and distribution, specialty pharmacy, and patient support services across all Vera therapeutic products.
- Build, lead, and develop the Trade and Distribution, Specialty Pharmacy, and Patient Support Services team.
- Oversee the development and implementation of distribution, specialty pharmacy, and patient support services to facilitate treatment initiation and maintenance.
- Monitor HUB and Specialty Pharmacy programs to ensure appropriate patient and healthcare provider support.
- Establish relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor Specialty Pharmacy and Patient Support Services performance.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal statutes and regulations.
Qualifications
">- Bachelor's degree required; MBA and/or PharmD preferred.
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry, with 5-10 years of significant leadership experience.
- Proven ability to build relationships with executive-level decision-makers.
- Experienced in complex contract negotiation and management.
- Demonstrated excellence in business plan development, strategic planning, and profit-and-loss management.
- Outstanding leadership in managing high-performance teams.
