Your New RoleAs a Medical Risk Assessor with Altius Group, you'll play a vital role in identifying and addressing critical risk factors that impact an individual's ability to return to work. Your expertise will be invaluable in developing strategies to mitigate these risks and facilitate successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments to identify physical, psychological, social, environmental, and organisational risk factors
- Develop and implement tailored strategies to address these risk factors
- Collaborate with clients, employers, medical professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and effective case management
- Associate or Full ASORC membership for Rehabilitation Counsellor or AHPRA as Provisional Psychologist
- Relevant Psychology or Rehabilitation Counsellor qualification
- Current drivers' licence and access to own transport
We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you can expect a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements, professional development opportunities, and a supportive team environment.
