About the Role

Goodstart Early Learning is seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Moreton Downs, located in Deception Bay.

Salary: $32.23 per hour + superannuation

About the Centre

Our Moreton Downs childcare centre is a beautiful purpose-built facility, designed to provide a nurturing and engaging care environment for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. Our centre is rated Exceeding NQS and has a strong focus on sustainability, community engagement, and supporting children to grow and learn as they discover their own identity.

Responsibilities

  • To work collaboratively with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children;
  • To contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture with low staff turnover;
  • To participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education.

Requirements

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent);
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards;
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Paid).
