About the Role

Ventia is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team at our Alexandria depot. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking planned and scheduled preventative maintenance works, prioritizing reactive and breakdown maintenance tasks, and performing refrigeration work and mechanical services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake planned and scheduled preventative maintenance works
  • Prioritize reactive and breakdown maintenance tasks
  • Perform refrigeration work and mechanical services
  • Complete relevant work management dockets, work feedback, inventory and general maintenance reports
  • Make recommendations aimed at extending equipment life

Requirements

  • Refrigeration Mechanic and Refrigeration gasses trade qualification
  • Demonstrated knowledge of, and experience with installation and maintenance of heating, air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems
  • A good understanding of Australian mechanical services standards
  • Must be willing to undergo a police check
  • Driver's license
  • White Card
