Senior Hydraulic Services Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Senior Hydraulic Service Design professional to contribute to our company's Building Services discipline. The ideal candidate will possess relevant industry experience as a Senior Hydraulic Designer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Purposeful design and documentation of hydraulic services solutions that meet Australian standards and authority codes.
  • Clear communication and instruction provision for the drafting and 3D modelling pool.
  • Achievement of accurate drawings and registration systems in accordance with supplied specifications and applicable standards, internal and external.
  • Strategic project deliverables that align with fee scope, financial and resource management considerations.
  • Discipline checks for design documents and drawings (QA) coordination or execution.
  • Participation in the ongoing development of hydraulic services design capabilities / continued professional growth.
  • Ongoing contribution to multiple projects throughout all aspects of the design timeline.
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (Cert IV in Plumbing or BSc).
  • Registration with the RMS for NSW Class 2 Building Practitioners Design declarations (preferred and highly regarded).
  • Demonstrated experience working within the building services industry as a Senior Hydraulic Designer.
  • Solid knowledge of Revit software, AutoCAD and BlueBeam.
  • In-depth understanding of the AS3500 suite of standards, National Construction Code and Plumbing Code of Australia.
  • Ability to conduct client meetings & on-site measures for presentations if requested.
