Drive project success as a key player in supporting the commercial function, taking charge of all commercial and contractual aspects, working with internal teams and external stakeholders to tackle complex challenges and juggle multiple major tasks.

The Opportunity

As a savvy commercial professional, you will develop, negotiate, review, and manage contracts to minimize risks and maximize opportunities. You'll handle client concerns quickly and effectively, lead negotiations on subcontracts and purchase orders, and create and manage subcontracts to meet project and organizational standards.

  • Develop and manage contracts to ensure compliance and alignment with requirements.

Solve tricky problems in commercial and procurement areas, identifying and managing project commercial risks to ensure alignment with internal policies.

To succeed in this role, you'll need active AGSVA security clearance, a Bachelor's degree in Business, Law or Finance, and 10+ years of experience in Defence and Government commercial management or procurement.
