Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a strategic leader to drive the future of managed portfolios in Australia.

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned sales professional with exceptional leadership skills, responsible for leading a high-performing sales team and engaging in business development. This role combines leadership of a sales team with direct engagement in strategy execution, focusing on licensee relationships, platform partnerships, and advice practice collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a national sales team
- Determine incentive plans and selling systems
- Design and execute national sales strategies
- Build senior-level relationships with licensees and platforms
- Drive new business acquisition through solution structuring and negotiation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree is advantageous
- Minimum 10 years of experience in investment management or financial advice industry
- Proven ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment
- Deep understanding of licensee and platform business models
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
