Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by adhering to our Operational Excellence framework.
  • Demonstrate expertise in internal and customer-facing technology systems.
  • Assess, troubleshoot, and provide solutions to various scenarios.
  • Understand financial systems and processes.
  • Deliver exceptional results for customers through expert knowledge of corporate travel products.

Growth and Retention:

  • Review customers' travel programs and present options that drive financial and operational value.
  • Develop intimate knowledge of customer portfolios.
  • Deliver compelling customer experiences to maximize retention and satisfaction.
  • Influence customers to drive results and opportunities.
  • Deeply understand customers' end-to-end journeys.
  • Position features and benefits of our product suite effectively.
  • Contribute to our success by understanding key business drivers.
  • Execute tasks effectively and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the travel industry.
  • 2+ years of experience on Sabre.
  • 6 months of experience on Lumina (desired but not essential).
  • Exceptional multitasking ability to meet deadlines and client expectations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to develop relationships.
  • Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills.
