Instrumental Music Tutor Job

The ideal candidate will be a passionate and skilled instrumental music tutor who can provide high-quality tuition to students at St Peter Claver College in Riverview.

  • Teach guitar and percussion students with enthusiasm and expertise.
  • Conduct an ensemble, either the Percussion Ensemble or a Guitar ensemble, as negotiated.
  • Attend selected concerts and school events.
  • Collaborate with the music teachers and other team members to provide a supportive learning environment.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in tutoring and/or teaching music.
  • Ensemble conducting experience.
  • Strong instrumental knowledge in guitar and/or percussion.
  • A commitment to supporting student growth through music.
  • A collaborative spirit and ability to work as part of a team.
