We are currently seeking a talented Project Coordinator to assist our Project Managers across multiple manufacturing projects. Your duties will include:

  • Monitoring and controlling resources and works against the schedule
  • Reporting on project progress and budget
  • Liaising with engineers and production on scope
  • Drafting and transmittal of project documents
  • Project reporting, including regular customer reports

The ideal candidate will have more than 3 years' experience as a project coordinator or administrator in a project-based business. They will possess excellent customer relations and stakeholder management skills, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work to priorities and contribute in setting priorities.
