About the Role
\The Regional Talent Operations Lead is a key position in our organization, responsible for managing and developing talented young athletes in the region. This involves working with various stakeholders to ensure that our programs are delivered effectively and efficiently.
\In this role, you will be responsible for leading the administration and operation of regional football programs, including events, functions, and logistics. You will also work closely with Wellbeing Coordinators to ensure that players receive appropriate support during their time in the program.
\A critical aspect of this role is implementing education programs, which includes those related to AFL and government initiatives. You will also manage the program budget, including local sponsorship revenue and player levies, ensuring that all expenditure aligns with our objectives.
\To succeed in this position, you must have strong leadership skills and experience in managing stakeholder relationships. You should also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and negotiate with diverse groups.
