The Role
We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our team as a Clinical Lead. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, including proven interpersonal and communication skills, and expertise in complex dysphagia and communication assessment and management within the acute and outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical leadership of acute services across Western Health
• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and services
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals and objectives
• Supervise and mentor staff to ensure best practice standards are maintained
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and research projects

Requirements:
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Expertise in complex dysphagia and communication assessment and management
• Proven ability to lead and supervise staff
• Commitment to continuous quality improvement and professional development
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
